Shoulda Woulda Coulda

Unless you decide to make changes you'll continue to share your table with--

shoulda shame, woulda wishes, coulda condemnation

We aren't empowered by wishes.

Shame and condemnation stifle both our energy and our creativity.

We are empowered by clear vision and well thought out plans.

World changers are more effective when they know themselves.

So we start by looking in the mirror.

Like putting on your oxygen mask...first you must discover--

Who you are

What your "why" is

How you change the world

Build and strengthen the skills you'll need

While you continue to work on discovering and healing anything

that might hold you back.

Embrace growth. If you aren't growing and living, you are minimizing and dying.

Embrace change. There is power in change and you get to chose to change with confidence and joy or go kicking and screaming through it.

There are no regrets in life when you give it all you have. Seek to learn from your mistakes and keeping moving forward. Make a plan, but as Paul Martinelli says, "don't fall in love with the plan."

Instead fall in love with the image you have in your mind of who want to be and the changes that you want to see in the world. And that leads to joy!

There is Only One You!

There is no one who can do one earth what you were created to do.

I would love to hear from you. Please leave a comment and remember :) sharing is caring.
